Mixed feelings. First, the admission fee is quite high. Without any discount one adult is 23000₩, that's without any food for the animals, you have to buy that extra. There's a discount if you book your ticket in advance on the Naver blog, but it's still 18500₩ per adult. The building is badly ventilated in some spots. The enclosures, for example, raccoons, monkeys, and small rodents, were not sufficient enough, and some of the animals were nervously pacing back and forth. Nowhere to hide, no toys to play with. The hamster aquariums barely had any soil in it, so the poor things couldn't dig holes to hide in and just slept out in the corner. Bunnies had no hay in their enclosure, only hiding spots and cold floor. I wish the place would focus more on the birds because they were looking really well kept and behaved friendly towards other birds and people.
