하이원 렌탈샵 눈의나라 — Attraction in Sabuk-eup

This ski rental shop is fantastic! They have a great selection of equipment for rent at reasonable prices (gloves are the only item for sale). Traveling by ski bus was no problem at all, as they conveniently delivered our rentals directly to the ski house entrance using their own small truck. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. What really impressed me was their exceptional customer service. When I realized I have chosen the wrong boot size on our first day after already arriving at the ski house!, a quick phone call was all it took for them to return and swap it for the correct size. They even went above and beyond by noticing my unusual shaped leg, which wouldn't fit in standard boots, and proactively offered me a more comfortable multi-lock boot. Their thoughtfulness truly saved my ski trip! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for...
