Pretty fun museum for all ages!
Didn't really know what to expect because we just visited while we were waiting for something else in the area.
It was so interesting to see all the different kinds of bicycles and to learn a bit more about the history of bicycles in Sangju and in Korea. I didn't know that Sangju was considered the bicycle mecca of S. Korea! The museum is actually near a bicycle path.
If you can't read Korean, I think it would be difficult to enjoy the historical aspect of it, but it is still interesting to see all the bicycle types. Plus when the weather is nice, the kids get to try riding bicycles through the obstacle course they set up outside. Museums in Korea don't cost that much so I think you get a good deal for your money regardless of your level of Korean.

If you are traveling by any other means than bicycle don't go. If you are not a super nerdy bicycle buff that can read Korean also: Avoid! Alert! Avoid. This place is hard to rate. They seem to be teaching children bicycling skills in an outdoor area which I soooo respect and adore. But objectively for me it was a nice place to get a drink and hard boiled eggs. Which I feel is a fail for any kind of establishment that calls it...
