Came here in late December 2024. A little of a mixed feelings here. Wasn't really impressed by the variety of flowers; everywhere looked the same to me, yet you have to walk a good hour to complete the whole loop. I lost interest 10mins in. But as what some other reviews mentioned, gotta give credits to the great effort in the design and upkeep of the garden, with mutiple spots catered specifically for photo-taking. Toilets are aplenty and aptly situated. Weather was darn cold though. Cold enough to deter me to hold my phone to take photos, not cold enough to see snow. I guess if you have time to spare, no harm come here chill with family for half a day, but do make sure you are well equipped, with gloves and all. 3 star for the garden, add 1 star for the awesome seafood restaurant just...
Read moreGot my tickets for 6+ usd on kkday. They also partner with many hotels to give 20% on ticket entrance so they make up to be approximately the same price. Either ways will be cheaper than buying tix on the spot. When you get there, head to the ticketing counter with your online booking to exchange a physical ticket (wish they could just scan the app.)
There were a couple of tour groups when I was there so it was hard to get proper photos. Most of the photo spots were designed for couples too. Many of the trees were in full bloom but still they look kind of sparse in the huge garden.
