Hey there, let me share a little baseball story with you.
Gocheok Sky Dome is the home of the Kiwoom Heroes. Sounds exciting, right? The catch is that getting there is not so simple. It sits far from the center of Seoul, and if you are like me, not familiar with this corner of the city, it feels like a bit of a journey.
The real challenge comes with Line 1 of the subway. That line is always crowded, always confusing. I have been to this stadium five times, and still I get lost. One wrong move on the train and you could find yourself in Incheon or Seodongtan. I know, because it happened to me.
As for the Dome itself, it is not huge. Sixteen thousand seats in total, which is less than half the size of Kyocera Dome in Osaka that holds more than thirty-six thousand. Still, what it lacks in scale, it makes up for in condition. The place is clean, modern, and well kept.
Before you go inside, take a moment at the entrance. You will see the large Sky Dome sign, and right nearby, a small official shop where you can pick up Kiwoom Heroes merchandise. A nice stop for souvenirs. Security will check your bag and scan your ticket, nothing out of the ordinary.
Inside, the food is straightforward. Think fast food and drinks, the kind that keep you going through nine innings. It is not fine dining, but it does the job.
So, is it worth the trip? Maybe yes, maybe no. But if you love baseball, or if you simply want to add another stadium to your list, then yes, it is worth the effort. Just double-check that you are on the right...

Extremely lively crowd chanting and cheering. The crowd definitely gets very involved in the games. Indoor stadium so it was pleasant inside. No rain or humidity. Definitely worth a visit to go to a baseball game. Tickets are inexpensive and easy to get. I walked up at the start of the game and got a ticket easily. For those who don't speak Korean, there are only a few ticket agents who speak English, but if you have a translation app, it should be no problem. The ticket agents and staff are very...

Most of the fans age below 30 years old and I am not fall into this young age category. At our age group sometimes we will judge and comments on why is it all these teenagers like to chase the idols from one county to another country like insane. Today i have experienced with them.
