Smallish park with semicircular concrete area and semicircular pond / pool that is filled with water during the summer only. Kids can't enter the pool. There are basketball courts and excercise equipment (우동장 which are common throughout South Korea). There are small replicas of the Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph towards the west side of the park, which I guess is why it's called Paris Park.
