⛅ Beautiful views can be seen clearly depending on the weather and season at that time. A very beautiful view can be seen when the weather is clear, but only clouds can be seen when it is raining.

🕖 The later it gets, the more visitors come, so come as early as possible before it gets crowded so you can freely go up and down the stairs to see the beautiful views around.

👣 Watch your step! The stairs there are very steep and even tend to be slippery due to the humid temperature at the top.

👣 Outside the building there is a small temple, to get there you have to go through a slippery and narrow path, after that you will walk over large, sharp and steep rocks, because it is on a rocky mountain. Be careful!

🔭 There are some fairly large binoculars that can be used to view distant views, but it is a shame that they require coins to be used.

🍽️ There is a food, drink and ice cream sales area available

💨 Poor air circulation in the food sales area. Smoke, aroma and heat spread throughout the dining room, when the room should be fresh and cool because of its location on the top of the mountain. Don't know if there is a system that regulates air circulation there or not, but if there is, it doesn't...

I don't know. Should I take the cable car up to see such a wonderful place without difficulty (I have a very bad feeling about mountains), or should I come here comfortably and feel sorry for the mountain because disabled, physically challenged, or weak people can come and see it like this? Haha. In the future, if I have the stamina and time, I would like to climb it one step at a time... wouldn't I feel less sorry about Mt....

🇺🇸 English Review – Gwongeumseong Fortress, Seoraksan If you're heading to Seoraksan, Gwongeumseong Fortress is an absolute must-visit! You take a cable car up the mountain, and the view? Mind-blowing. It literally feels like stepping into a fantasy painting. The ride up is smooth and exciting, and once you reach the top, it’s all worth it. You get this panoramic view of rocky peaks, lush forests, and even Sokcho city below. On clear days, you can even see the ocean—seriously! It’s the perfect spot for photos, so don’t forget your camera. There’s a short hike from the cable car station to the fortress site—it’s a bit steep but totally doable. Just wear comfy shoes and take your time. The air is super fresh, the breeze is amazing, and you’ll just want to stay up there forever. If you’re new to Seoraksan or want an easy but stunning nature experience, this is the place to start. Highly...

It snowed a lot in the morning and then was sunny from 12pm so I ran to ride a cablecar. It was very clever decision! After you get off from cablecar, you have to walk about 10-15mins to get to the top, which was very slippery. Recommend here!!

Expected some ruins city there as it claimed "city" in the map. But actually nothing at top. Also very clowded there. Not worth the price to take cable car to the top. Carpark also expensive
