Booked for daughters intended to learning basic snowboard and skiing, they were so lucky to have their lesson with amazing coaches.This JKN ski tour provides a great opportunity for all age.
The staffs were very helpful and make sure everyone is in well preparation.
During the lessons, coach Jayce and coach Yaru were so responsible and friendly. They teach my girls based on their basics and learning abilities which won’t make them feel stressed. Moreover, they also helped recording videos for the kids when they r practicing.
The ski resort was not too crowded and the snow is nice to ski. restaurants and convenience stores in the resort that provide various selection of food too.
All in all, my kids had a good experience learning with JKN tour staffs and coaches. Will definitely come back again next year looking forward to them! Thks...

My son had a ski lesson in 2023, 2024. You can make a reservation by using the internet, NAVER store.
On my personal note, it seems that compared to the others it is a good place to hit the slopes for the beginners. He said that the ski lesson was good and the staff was professional.
This ski resort has several food courts to have a quick bite. Majority of it opens at 10 o’clock. There is a big convenience store as well.
Considering the size of ski equipment, washrooms also have enough space for safety reason. Good!

완전 별로 절대 가지마세요,,,,😡😡😡😡😡😡 며칠 전부터 친구들이랑 시간 정해서 셔틀도 예매하고 리프트권도 구매하고 엄청 기대하고 있었습니다... 잠실역 6:45분 셔틀버스를 6:35분부터 기다리고 있었는데 55분까지 안오시길래 오크밸리 셔틀버스 대행사인 두레관광고속에 전화해보니 잠실역에 정차 안하고 그냥 가셨다네요. 계속 서있었는데 확인도 안하고 그냥 지나가셨나봐요. 어짜피 정차도 안하고 지나가실거면 셔틀 버스는 왜 운행 하는건지 모르겠습니다. 자주 오는 버스도 아니고 오전에 1대 있는 버스인데다 당일 예약이나 취소도 안되서 그냥 아예 못가게 되었네요. 주말 꼭두새벽부터 일어나서 준비했는데 아침부터 굉장히 기분이 나쁩니다. 다들 회사원이라 주말 하루하루가 소중하고, 친구들과 다같이 시간 맞추기도 어려운데 이런식으로 주말 날리니까 기분 굉장히 나쁘네요. 두레관광고속에 문의 전화하였을때 상담 받으신분도 말끝마다 “아이씨,,, 미치겠네,,, 아이씨,,,” 이러셔서 더 기분나빴습니다. 저희 불찰이 아님에도 따로 조치를 취해주시는것도 없었구요. 비발디, 하이원 등등 스키장 많이 다녀봤지만 이런 경우 처음입니다. 별 한개도 아깝네요. 다시는 오크밸리 안가려구요. 비발디 하이원 용평리조트 등등이 훨씬 더 친절하고...
