Playón de Bayas — Attraction in undefined

Probably the best beach throughout the Cantabrian Sea to walk with a friendly dog in peace... legally and safety.

It's located around 15 minutes away from the A8 Spanish highway, that links the southwest of France with the northwest of Spain, in the surroundings of the Asturias' airport.

The more than 2 km long of a thin and polished slaty sandy beach, the sanitation facilities and the environmentally and dog friendly users make it a highly recommended visiting place in a trip with your pet along the north of Spain.

The one and only possible complaint, from my point of view, is that the nearest snack bar is 3 km away. Anyway, it's...

Very big beach. Amazing views and a must see for sunset ❤️ You should know though that you cannot walk all the beach when the tide is high cause it's kinda split in one part, which means if you wanne eat in the only existing bar you should go at low tide so you can enjoy the bar plus have a walk along all the beach. Cause driving takes you minimum 20 mins from one side of the beach to the other cause there the airport in the middle so you have to drive around. Note: And yes the beach really is huge. Tengo sentimientos encontrados con este lugar.

Empezar diciendo sin duda que es la mejor playa en la que admitan perros en la que hemos estado. Es un espacio reservado grande, vigilado con socorrista, y limpio.

Sin duda un lugar que para ir con nuestros chuchillos está genial.

El problema que tuvimos no viene tanto de la instalación cómo de los propios usuarios de esta playa (y en general de cualquier espacio público con permiso para entrar con animales). Y es que hay bastante gente muy irresponsable con sus mascotas y sin consideración al prójimo.

Es un sin dios de gente con el perro suelto y sin vigilarles. Tuvimos que aguantar desde una jauría intentando montar al nuestro, a otro que nos meó en nuestra zona y con la única reprimenda de su dueña que avisarle y poco más.

Sinceramente en casi 4 años que tiene nuestra mascota, no hemos encontrado ninguna playa para llevarle en condiciones, y este viaje que encontramos una genial resulta que somos los propios dueños de los animales los más incivicos y los más despreocupados con los demás y de ahí entiendo que haya cada vez más sitios donde no dejen entrar a nuestras mascotas y de hecho lo entiendo y al final prácticamente lo defiendo, porque para concienciar a la gente que una mascota es una responsabilidad lo mejor es que se controlen en gran medida para que no...
