Rafael Palacios — Attraction in A Rúa

Well, don’t know where to start. We loved one of these folks’ wine in a restaurant and wanted to buy as we were driving to Ourense.

In their website, it gives clear direction about how to contact and e-mail addresses. I sent my inquiry and no one replied. I called them and they said “they will reply my e-mail”, rather than simply answer my question. Thanks god they replied in the evening that we cannot visit them on that day that time, without providing any alternative.

Today we call them again and they directed us to a (so called wine shop) to buy their wines. Wine shop had around only 20 types of wines and they have nothing from them.

Costed a very unnecessary detour, time, tolls etc. what a pity, what...

Infelizmente não consegui entender, talvez o erro seja meu. O informação é que fica aberto até às 17 horas e parece que é possível adquirir vinhos no sítio. Cheguei lá às 16:33 e não fui atendido, informaram que já estava fechado. Afinal qual o horário? Vendem os vinhos no sítio? Andei muitos quilómetros para conhecer e comprar e...
