Es tracta d’una ermita d’estil barroc del segle XVIII, situada a pocs km d’Alcover, pel que es pot arribar fàcilment a peu o en cotxe.

L’accès és una carretera asfaltada, i al arribar hi ha una plaça de terra i pedra, on s’hi troba l’ermita, un restaurant amb el mateix nom de l’ermita i una zona d’aparcament amb una barana mirador al costat. Des d’aquí es veu el poble i els voltants.

Es pot seguir caminant o en cotxe uns minuts més i s’arriba al Mas de Forès.
