Fantastic park and good fun for the whole family. If you have any doubts just got for it. I have attached a map of the water park which I reccomend you check out as well. Costs: - 44 euros for 2 adults booked online and 2 kids (free as both below 0.95m) - 6 euros for one umbrella and 2 sunbeds. So total 50 euros as we brought our own food and water. - 7 euros for a picture on rio Salvaje. Bought some surf shoes for 7.99 outside of this park too but can get them here for 9.99 Recommended rides for adults: 1) 31 - Water race (no need for flair but try with mat after normal try!) 2) 29 - Gran Niagara (need the see through float) 3) 28 - Zig zag (found the blue better than white even tho both the same as white had some bits sticking out) For toddlers (bring arm band floats!) 1) 20 - Junior area slides 2) 27 - Rio Salvaje with an adult. 3) 22 - splash bucket pool. I have explained my experience in more detail below if interested. Booked tickets online for 44 euros for a family of 4. 2 adults which we paid for and 2 kids - 7 month old and 3 year old thankfully both below 0.95m so both free. Unfortunately we had car trouble so had to postpone the day not once but twice but called the park and they were happy to do that not once but twice for free! Ask for Yuny if you want someone who speaks english. They let you take a pram in and any food and drinks you want so you can come prepared. Just keep an eye on your belongings! Our 7 month old was a bit too young for the park in its entirely if I am honest but as long as one of us was happy to take care of him while the other was off with the toddler we had a blast. For our 3 year old there was a nice little selection in the junior area and she experienced her first slides both alone (wow!) and holding on to dad's legs and in my arms for Rio Salvaje. Again it was somewhat limited for her age but it was really a fantastic experience for her and us. There is a very cool bucket that fills up with water and splashes us all by the jacuzzi which she loved. Was treat to watch my 3 year old get braver and braver throughout the day. I queued for a float for snake hole after one of the staff said it would be OK for my 3 year old but when I got up again I double checked and they said best not go if she didn't have any floats on and can't swim. I then queued again later by myself and am really glad she refused my 3 year old entry! Really competent and good staff overall and felt our kids were safe on any ride. There is a cool pool where they have Mickey and Minnie mouse and lots of music's which our 3 year old loved too. Once we catered for the kids I left them with mom and spent about an hour trying out all the rides! Sooo much fun, felt like a kid again (I am 38!). I highly recommend gran niagra and water race as the most fun slides for adults (try water race with a mat once you have gone solo). Also zig zag has to be done as no queues and easy. In terms of queuing it was fantastic - we didn't even rent the float and instead queued for it (only cause we knew we wouldn't be going on the rides too often as we had kids). If I went back again and had more time I would prob rent the float. The not so nice things: 1) I hit my nose (and may have cracked/broken it) on the horizontal metal pole on rio salvaje as I was paying attention to my toddler and making sure she was seated properly. I mean totally my own fault but make sure you pay attention! 2) some idiot stole my shirt! Lol! Don't want to generalise but during our trip (away from this park) someone stole my daughter's rubber duck which I had to get back from the mom and in this park someone stole my shirt! Admittedly I was an idiot to take an emporio armani t-shirt here but just make sure you don't take much in and keep an eye on your belongings.

The park is nice and clean, well kept. Yet, a bad accident was going to happen today where there are two attractions where people fall into the water. One of the attractions (number 1 in photo) has people silding while hanging from a metal rope and it is safe. This attraction requires the attention of the ONLY employee watching over the two attractions as he must help people to start hanging. The other close attraction (number 2) have people hanging from rings while they try to move at the most of their skills untill they fall into the water, unpredictably. This attraction is not well watched and it does not require to assist the customer to let them start. It should follow the MANDATORY rule that no customer should start their exercise untill the previous player is out of the water. Instead, today a 9 year old kid was still in the water while a big teenager (50-60 kg) fell into the water missing the younger kid’s back for few centimeters. This lack of safety may transform a happy kid in a kid trapped in a wheel chair. It is not admissibile. We made a complaint with a security guy who apparently listened to us. Yet, it is necessary that the Park employs 2(two) guys if the Park wants to run 2(two) attractions. If you have any doubts about the unwatched game , two photos can make it clear. You can see that the only employee cannot supervise both the attractions. This complaints has to stay online, because arrangments must be made to avoid trasforming happy playing into surgeries ! Even if it is a good park, safety is safety.

We went in the kids school holidays and paid around €68 for 2 adults & 1 kid (my 12 month old was free and my other girl who is 4 in December got in for free because of her height which was good even though she went on a lot of the rides. I wouldn’t say there is much for an adult to do I’d say it’s more catered to teenagers and families, there’s no real big or scary or adrenaline rushing rides. The cost is quite a bit considering 2 kids were free, then you have to pay €8 for sun beds (mandatory because there is no where to lie on the floor) then also if you want pictures at the end of the day it’s €50 for “ALL photos” however it doesn’t tell you it’s only up to 3 different faces.. as a family of 5 it’s hard to not include 2 of your kids/family… think it’s a bit unfair as it was around €7 PER picture after that. The QR code system they use to “cleverly” recognise your face is a huge failure, the pictures we wanted didn’t even come through or get recognised, and we also got other people coming through ours seeing pictures of other peoples kids & familys, which made me very uneasy knowing this after I had my kids on the camera rides… Overall it was a good day out and you do spend the whole day there, I’d advise bringing a pic nic as food prices are ridiculous if you’re all eating as you can see prices on the picture. (July 2025). One thing to note; the wave pool was the most disappointing wave pool I’ve ever seen, it was barely a wave… very poor. Overall I’d go again but not buy the photos.

It is small, so I agree with other reviews here and 1/2 a day is plenty. We enjoyed the visit until we took the flooties back and they refuse to give us the 15 euros deposit for 1 double and 2 singles. Unless you present the ticket they issue you with there is no deposit. To this day I don't get how the ticket was nowhere to be found. I resent the fact that they were up on the day by 15 euros. We had coach timetable, coach tickets, entrance to the park tickets, local bus tickets, meal tickets but the floaties ticket wasn't with all the others. I refuse to believe we lost it. The guy at the kiosk obviously followed the rules and didn't believe that a professional couple ( a 48 years old teacher and a 49 years old financial manager) were telling the truth and those floaties were ours as we paid for them 37 euros. I understand if they don't believe kids/ teenagers specially in the park on their own woth no adults. Not sure what happened to the customer is always right. Anyway, their loss because as a family of 4 we will not return. Their season ends 5th September, good luck with employment until next season. The more tourists you give bad service the less business you will get in the long run and the less employees the business will need. When businesses make a living out of tourism a certain level of customer service and satisfaction is a must.

We thank the management team for their reply and agree with their policies and comments however, staying behind until the end wasn't an option explained or made available to us or we would have stayed. Staff need to be retrained and follow procedures as they didn't do...
