Staff are fantastic, and they deserve to be mentioned first over everything as they really were so friendly, helpful, and patient (I changed my reservation an embarrassing number of times!).
The zip-line was great too, and the location and views fantastic.
The only reason I have dropped 1 star, is because finding the place was not easy, and we ended up arriving really late because of it.
A few signs from the main road would help a lot, as Google Maps struggled to direct around the backroads as they are basically dirt tracks. Twice we hit a dead end and got no GPS re-route, instead having to guess by view and hope the redirection came through soon enough.
Getting out was a similar affair, the way in was one way, yet Google didn't know that, and the alternative looked like a dirt track that if wrong, would have been a nightmare to get back out of.

Booking process (did it last minute) was extremely easy + straightforward. Once we arrived there, everyone was welcoming & kind! Views were top notch of course. The entire process was explained very clearly - thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Edit: Unfortunately despite leaving such a good review, over a month later I’ve had to update this review. I booked a GoPro with one of the zip-line bookings and till date I have not received the video as promised. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and despite this, they give false promises of sending the video (if it’s lost or can’t be found I’d much rather the truth, than stringing me along) without following up on this. I actually did wait nearly 2 months now as I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but sadly as I haven’t received it till date with no attempts to further update me, I’ve had to. Unforgettable adrenaline-packed experience!
I had the chance to try the main attraction at Sunview Park — the giant zipline jump from the hilltop (as shown in the photo), and it was absolutely breathtaking! The adrenaline kicks in even before the jump, and once you’re flying down the line, the feeling of speed and freedom, combined with the stunning mountain views and sunshine, is simply unmatched.
The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring. From the safety briefing to the gear and landing, everything was well-organized and smooth. You can really tell they know what they’re doing and care about your safety.
