This is a wonderful peaceful and beautiful place for bird and nature lovers and I appreciate the good work that this organisation does, so I was very happy to pay the entry fee to support. A chance to more closely observe the large flock of flamingos that live in the adjacent lagoons, without humans distrubing them. There is a building where you can walk upstairs to the rooftop and use their telescopes to zoom in on the beautiful birds from up high and observe them more closely. A well recommended...

Ever dreamed of a place where flamingos dance across shimmering wetlands? MónNatura Delta is a hidden gem that stole my heart! The guided birdwatching tour (around €12 for adults, book ahead!) with experts like Irene brings the delta’s magic to life you’ll spot birds you’d never see solo. Bring binoculars and a bike to zip around the Tancada lagoon; it’s way faster than walking! Did you know this spot was once a saltworks, now transformed into a haven for over 400 bird species? Pack insect repellent for summer visits and hit the viewing deck for jaw-dropping sunset views. A must for...

After a beautifull drive through the rice fields you'll arrive at the information point. The 'Monatura' gives really good information about the surroundings, flora and fauna of the delta surrounding you. Depending on hte time of the year you will be able to meet the local residenst with the long necks (Flamingos!). Tip: When returning to the main road continue your trip towards the beach, underway you'll find a wooden viewing point (visible from the info point) where there's enough place to take some pictures of the flamingo's (or just go to...
