I was travelling from Madrid to Saragosa and on the way without having any idea I decided to stop at this place because I saw it from the highway. There is nothing much it is a very small village but what was the most stunning thing was the landscape it's rural and old landscape I do not know if there is anything to visit in the village if there is a restaurant if there is a bar or anything else but from far the landscape looked very attractive to my eyes and I could not resist so I went there in the car stayed there for half an hour took some pictures and that is it. Also what we see in a picture. It is a very old geological phenomena that has created this type...

This stop was EXACTLY the reason we chose to do a road trip through Spain. The wonderful little old towns and so many of these old lookout structures everywhere! We stopped at Montuenga because it seemed more accessible and closer than others we had passed. It wasn't preserved as well as some others we saw from a distance but the experience was worth it all the same. You can't be afraid to get out a do a little trekking if you want to experience life so bring...

Tumbledown castle ruins quietly defying the passage of time. There's a track at the base that you can use to get to the castle ruins - it's rutted but easily done by foot. Note that the ruins are not structurally sound.... One day those walls will collapse so you takes your chances if you venture...
