The spot is perfect for stargazing (there are even special lounge benches waiting for you) and the view is phenomenal, especially towards Las Bardenas Reales. Don’t miss the sunrise – before the tourists arrive you’ll witness a magical moment.

👉 Extra tip: you can stay here overnight with your camper for free. But please, keep the place clean. I ended up picking up empty beer bottles that could have easily been thrown in the bin just 20 meters away... A shame, since the people who maintain this site do a great job keeping it tidy.

In the morning, the inn serves a real Spanish breakfast – almost for free, and the perfect start to your day.

All in all: unexpectedly one of the most beautiful stops in the region. And if it’s not too crowded… just let yourself be amazed...

Paraje con encanto. Bar restaurante con menú de 15 euros en los que tienes 3 primeros y 3 segundos a elegir. Buenos bocadillos y raciones a bien precio. El café está bueno. El bar tiene una terraza con veladores que no está muy bien orientado y los días de mucho aire no lo aconsejo y los de mucho calor mejor ir tarde, a las 15, a comer que es cuando da algo la sombra. Hay un parque infantil para que los niños jueguen mientras dura la sobremesa. Zonas para caminar hasta aburrirse y...

Según cuenta la tradición, en este lugar tuvo la aparición de la Virgen y debido a este hecho se levanto una antigua ermita. La ermita actual se levanto en el lugar que ocupo la antigua en el siglo XVII en estilo gótico-renacentista en un principio por el arquitecto Pedro de Arrese y se continuo hasta acabar bajo la dirección de Pedro de Aguirre.
