I received this experience as a birthday gift, but unfortunately it was very disappointing.
At first glance, the location is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, it lacks attention to detail. The space didn’t feel clean, and the interior was cold and uninviting.
That alone wouldn’t have been a big issue if the main highlight – the wine tasting – had been enjoyable. Sadly, this was the biggest letdown of the day. While the wines themselves were pleasant, the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. We were given only a two-sentence explanation about each wine, which was no more than what you could read on the bottle. It didn’t feel authentic or engaging, more like the owner just wanted us to finish quickly.
The cheese and meat board also didn’t live up to expectations, but this would have been forgivable if the wine tasting itself had been special. To make matters worse, when we wanted to order another bottle of wine, the host spent 20 minutes on her laptop, so we eventually had to help ourselves.
This feedback isn’t meant to bash the place but to encourage improvement. There is so much potential here with the stunning location and nice wines. A more personal touch, storytelling around the wines, and better hospitality could truly elevate the experience and make it feel unique...
Read moreWas vacationing in Mallorca for a month and some family come and visit us who also happened to be fans of a nice bottle of wine. Did some digging online for our options of a tasting and decided to show up to Conde De Suyrot without a reservation to see what our options were. Their sommelier didn't have any bookings that time so we we're in luck and she did a phenomenal job. Was supposed to be 5 wines (two whites, a rose and two reds) but they had opened a another type of red so got to try 6 in total for the same price (which was extremely reasonable). Personal favs was the red made with the Manto Negro grape ( i think it was named la liebre).... it's the flavour ill associate with Mallorca for the rest of my life. Location is absolutely stunning as well, quiet and peaceful with wonderful ocean views from one side of the property and mountains on the other. If you enjoy wine and have time for a tasting on your Mallorca trip, a visit to Conde de Suyrot is an...
Read moreWhat a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. A group of us from Costa Women visited and enjoyed the tour followed by a superb wine tasting. Kristy has so much knowledge of the island and its climate and how that helps create such magnificent wines. The way she served the wine tasting experience was so relaxed and enjoyable. The wines themselves are fantastic, whether you’re a white, rose or red fan, you’ll enjoy them all. Will definitely return to buy some more of those lovely wines. ...
