Hicimos una cata de vino + maridaje con quesos mi pareja y yo. Disponían de 2 horas diferentes para hacer la visita, a las 10h o a las 12h. (elegimos a las 10h). La entrada al recinto es por una carretera privada, con fácil acceso y en la cual se van viendo las diferentes viñas que hay rodeando la bodega. El parking esta a apenas unos 50 metros de la entrada, es gratuito. Quim fue quien nos realizó la visita, llevándonos inicialmente a visitar la antigua bodega, a ver las viñas (las cuales pudimos incluso probar alguna uva ya que estaban en época de recogida y alguna quedaba), presentándonos al Sr. Valentí (propietario de la bodega), seguidamente conociendo la zona de almacenaje de la producción y finalizando con la cata y maridaje. Todo estuvo estupendo, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, todo tiene mucho detalle rodeado del mundo del vino, y la persona que nos guio fue muy profesional. La cata estuvo muy bien, eran 4 vinos (1 blanco, 2 tintos y un vino dulce), tuvimos la suerte que el día anterior hicieron una cata de fermentos del vino y los pudimos probar. Los quesos casaban con todos los vinos que estuvimos probando, junto a pan y aceite producido por la bodega también. Great wine cellar. Little family museum collection of old wine making mechanisms. Better book a tour in advance. The guide is good. The choice of wines on the bar is quite big for a place that small. We’ve tried some of them and all turned out really nice. Couldn’t have left without buying a couple of bottles. Would like to visit again and would recommend...
