Such a marvelous tour and wine tasting experience! If you have the chance, you must go! Our tour included a ride around the property with excellent history of the winery, including meeting a sweet mule and seeing the old mines. We had the most amazing tasting experience with 3 whites and 3 reds, all so delicious, and some goat cheese, sausage, and anchovies to accent the tasting. Amazing winery. We had the Picnic Visit 360. The tour guide took us around the estate. Shared all the details in a very didactical way. Joseph hat uns super freundlich empfangen und zuerst die Unterschiede der Böden erklärt und gezeigt. Während des Spaziergangs durch die Weinreben hat er uns die langjährige Geschichte vom Weingut beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine biologische Weinerzegung, ohne chemische. Schutzmitten. Danach haben wir uns das Weinlager angeschaut und dann ging es in den Weinkeller zur Weinprobe. Wir haben 3-4 Weine probiert. Dazu wurde leckerer Käse, Salami, sehr leckere Nüsse und leckere Knabberstangen angeboten. Auch Wasser wurde angeboten, genauso wie eine Karaffe für den Restwein. Das war sehr professionell !!! Es gibt junge und lang gelagerte Weine. Es handelt sich um hochwertige Weine ,... aber auch mit entsprechenden Preisen. (PS: Im Weinhandel in Falset sind manche der Weine etwas günstiger) Die Weinprobe fand in sehr guten Englisch statt. So eine Weinprobe ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.
