Beniarrés Dam — Attraction in Beniarrés

Situated between alcoy and his precious Sierra de Mariola, Beniarres is a Beautiful valley where you can enjoy a spectacular landscape. And on the other side (towards Denia) you can also visit the caves in the Valle D'Ebo. This route is even Better in two wheels because you can enjoy all the curves up and down the hills with a great road for cycling or motorcycling. For that i recommend the road from Villena to Denia with mandatory stop at Bocairent and you should make a few more kms North (off this road) and visit Pou Clar...

Very very disappointing. There is no where to have a picnic. Reservoir very low. Water dirty green/brown soup rubbish all around the edge. Save yourself a trip and don't bother. Worth a casual look if passing by on motorbike tour or cycle ride but definitely a destination in itself. Forget swimming...

La zona es muy linda,sobretodo desde allí hacia el barranc de la encantada Lo único malo es que no hay senderos para hacer senderismo nos contaron los lugareños que han desaparecido con el crecer de la hierba y la falta de mantenimiento Los caminos que hay son asfaltados y es horrible caminar sobre el asfalto sobretodo para los perritos A final nos salimos del camino e inventamos el nuestro para volver a lorcha para poder evitar el asfalto La zona del serpis es lo más bonito de la zona ojalá habilitarán un sendero para caminar por la orilla del río q en verdad es la zona verde lo demás es sequisimo y no hay sombra alguna Los lugareños sobretodo en lorcha son geniales, súper amables P.D. El albergue del serpis (Lorcha) es el lugar perfecto para pasar la noche o comer...
