This place is amazing. The view: it's pretty unique. You have the mountain with snow on top on one side (pretty far away though), the sea on the other side and you pass by some volcanic rocks and interesting plants as you walk on the trail. The tide creates little ponds down the hill. The water there was really clear. My husband managed to get down to the ponds to swim. Parking: We managed to park our car near the lighthouse. There were only less than 10 spots and getting a bit full.

very beautiful and a nice walk to get to the natural pools from the lighthouse. to get there is a pretty ride through a town where they grow bananas. there are a lot of natural pools, we managed to swim in some shallow ones because the deeper ones had big waves going over them. so go when the ocean is calmer. ALSO A LOT OF CRABS, shrimps and fishes.

WARNING! Beautiful but don’t go to wade or swim even on coast line. I was taken by strong wawe / underwater flow away from the ”pool” and never been that close to drawn.

My own mistake to trust shallow beach. Don’t do same...
