Castell medieval del s. XI. Situat damunt un turó i encerclat per un antic meandre del riu Calders estrangulat. Format per una torre migdia esfondrara circular, un muralla perimetral i les restes de la capella del castell. Adossat a la muralla hi ha les restes d'una construcció posterior dels S.XVII-XVIIIal, possiblement una masoveria, amb un soterrani que devia servir com cisterna.
