Today (high season) we found a syringe full of a brown substance (probably heroin) washed up on the shore where my 3 year old nearly stood on it, (only for a dad who was on the phone to the authorities about it it would of been a different story) us along with many other kids on the waters edge. Turns out the beach hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days, absolutely disgraceful and filthy- bins overflowing, smouldering bomb fires on the open beach...

We went to eat at the restaurant, which remarkably didn’t have a toilet or any suggestion of where guests could go except for “behind a rock” which blew our minds.
A 20 min plus round trip to a nearby (but up about 200 steps) hotel. It wasn’t ideal and I wouldn’t eat there again...

Ordered a sandwich, was presented with an open sandwich then charged twice the cost of a sandwich, they refused to refund then waiter said he would have to pay for it, dreadful way to behave and v poor...
