Amazing views of the city and surrounding landscape! It’s a very challenging ride/hike to the top of the mountain but still worth it. A lot of the trail has eroded away and is loose gravel so be careful not to slip on the descent especially if your tyres are older and have...

Fuerte del siglo XIX, terminado en 1883. Alberga en su interior una torre a lo "martello" construida por los ingleses en 1812. Es propiedad de Telefónica desde 1995, que no le presta atención, a pesar de ser B.I.C. Lo mismo que la Dirección General de Bienes Culturales de la Comunida Autónoma. Las dependencias que no tienen uso están tapiadas.

El camino de acceso está fatal, sólo subo andando. Pero las vistas son inmejorables: Escombreras, la Sierra de la Fausilla, la ciudad de Cartagena y hasta Cabo Tiñoso.

Una pena que no lo arreglen, ni obliguen a arreglarlo. El túnel del zaguán de entrada se reforzó hace unos años ante el peligro...
