This walk which starts close to vehicular access to football ground is absolutely awesome. You follow the course of the River Gato passing redundant mills some are difficult to access. You can climb to an amazing viewpoint of the secluded valley.Then at its mouth the river cascades into the River Arnoia.,another spectacular location. Thens there's a climb up through dense forest passing ancient redundant steep walled banks that were once vineyards. You even pass an old outdoor stone oven. Then a complex of mainly redundant wine cellars some clinging on to their historic use before entering the village of Sande again. It's a route of high difficulty but spectacular.
