Aquopolis Cullera — Attraction in Cullera

Prices: €4.5 parking. 25+€/ticket/person. 4.20/ sunbed with umbrella. €7/person for fast pass. 40€ for 6 photos(package) 5-6€ for the locker. 1 star and the reasons are below: Expensive, and badly organized. They don't respect our money. You need to buy the ticket at least 2 days earlier (in case you want to apply promo code-not our case), as they will start selling tickets at around 12:00 (same time with opening) and you lose sufficient time. The queues are made by people in random and we were waiting 45' in the heat for seeing a guy making a new line and entering before us while came at 11:55(the clever guy..). Workers (1-2) came out to inform about the queues at 11:40, while the doors were holding over 1500 people outside (madness). The fast pass access is managed from the game operators at their will, while they give access to others randomly, bypassing the queue (handpicked). The slides were not clean and one of the highest (rose) slide was out of operation. The waves zone worked for 4' only per hour. Everyone were waiting for that and finally it was too short. So, clearly, they wanted to cut the costs and deliver the least pleasure while maintaining the character "fun area".

Something for your consideration: Increase the inflated donuts in number. They can not serve the masses that you invite. Else, put a fixed number of clients/day. Fix the fast pass, because it is SLOW PASS. CLEAN THE SLIDES Train your operators to maintain the order. Lower your prices or provide special packages if all the services are purchased (parking, sunbed, locker, fast pass) Increase the wave power and sequence. 4'/60' is not efficient Increase water flow on the curved slides, we were stopping in the middle of the course.

Advises for future customers: Don't bring chairs. They are not allowed. Don't wear shoes. Put socks. Sea-shoes are not allowed on slides. Bring your food, water, drinks. Get prepared for a lot of "climbing" to reach the upper levels Buy the ticket online earlier. Get to the doors early or be the "clever guy" that everyone...

I am not used to writing reviews in which I am a bit sarcastic but this place ... With what do I start ? I guess with the essence of its existence : fun Parc. In this case, the fun part can be skipped. I agree that this is subject to interpretation, so I clarify : waiting 30 minutes or more for a waterslide which I have seen many times before is not fun. Especially not with 4 kids. That said, there was not a single slide, which is worth mentioning. Seen that, done that before. You would be able to reduce the waiting time by spending 35€ per person. But this makes the whole thing already way much more expensive than other similar parks in the region that offer way much more. Next : Who instructed the lifeguards ? I know that in recent history someone in Spain shouted "Order, order, order". Well it does certainly still resonate in Aquapolis. These people blow more notes on their whistle than the flutes in Tchaikovsky's "Peter and the wolf". Wow, even my daughter of seven hanging at my shoulders in the wave bath (waves comparable to the ones on a calm beach) was told not to do that ... I assume drowning was the better alternative. Seriously people ... this is supposed to be fun, not a drill camp. I think I have warned enough but I guess I need to be complete : the parking costs 5€, in others it is free. Drinks and food are more expensive than in some better parks. When it comes to cleanliness, it is ok, but while much appreciated, it does not compensate for all the rest. All in all, it's a big disappointment. Little or no value for money. This park is clearly not capable to entertain the amount of people...

Antes de nada, decir que es una reseña extensa (de hecho, la más larga escrita hasta el momento) pero si queréis saber bien qué hace éste parque y porqué no venir, os merecerá la pena invertir un par de minutos en leer.

Hace años fui y lo pasé en grande, por eso volví, sin embargo ahora no puedo decir lo mismo. De hecho, lo visité ayer día 05/09/2024 y lamentablemente vi las reseñas demasiado tarde. Ni qué decir tiene que la mayoría se quedan cortas y darle más de una estrella es ser demasiado generoso, aunque ahora entenderéis porqué.

Nada más llegar son 5€ de parking (a pleno sol), las taquillas, la más pequeña (que apenas te cabe una mochila, camiseta y toalla) 8€, ya se te van 13€ antes siquiera de meterte al agua, además de las entradas, claro. Y porque no queríamos hamacas, sino son otros 8€ como mínimo. Sin contar con los casi 14€ por persona en un bocadillo, patatas y bebida. Pero esto del dinero es lo de menos, al igual que el pase rápido para no hacer colas a la friolera de 30ypico euros o el tamaño del parque, el cual es pequeño en comparación con otros. Las risas vienen ahora.

Vas a bañarte y te encuentras que, si pesas algo más de 100 kg, no puedes tirarte por prácticamente ninguna atracción: te dicen "En ésta no puedes, ve a otra" DESPUÉS de hacer la cola pero te encuentras que TODAS las del parque, restando la piscina de olas, el jacuzzi y la piscina con 3 toboganes cortos del inicio, no puedes. Por otra parte, los socorristas te hacen comentarios tan ingeniosos como "Vaya, cuidado que al tirarte me salpicas a mí y a mi compañero" o "Si te caes me bañas", estando ambas veces a 15 metros de distancia, haciendo el chiste fácil del gordo.

Lo peor, sin duda alguna, es que te hacen pesarte delante de todo el mundo DESPUÉS DE HACER LA COLA, te dicen tu peso y en qué atracciones te puedes meter (si es que puedes) o directamente te prohíben lanzarte por las atracciones (de nuevo, todo esto delante del resto de personas). Esto no es sólo humillante para uno mismo (que podrían hacerlo llevándote a un sitio más privado), sino que además no puedes hacer uso del parque QUE YA HAS PAGADO y te generan traumas, estrés y mucho peor si ya tienes un TCA o cualquier trastorno alimenticio, como era en éste caso. Pero ojo, no estoy diciendo SOLAMENTE por pesar más, porque también, si tienes un niño/a que mide más de 1'20 metros, pagará precio de adulto pero si pesa menos de 50 kg no podrá subir tampoco a las atracciones, haciéndole que se pese y pase el mismo proceso que os comento, lo cual es casi peor que para un adulto.

En fin, nosotros nos fuimos a las 2 horas de llegar y como nosotros, también más personas ese mismo día y al hablar con ellas, fue por lo mismo. Perdimos dinero, sí, pero más pierden ellos por las reseñas que estoy viendo. No volveremos, ni mis familiares, ni mis seguidores, ni tampoco las de aquellas personas que de manera tan despectiva se les trata en un lugar donde vas a divertirte. Y no, no es una amenaza, es la realidad para un lugar al que te tratan como si fueras un cacho de carne grotesco.

Opino que el factor humano, más cara al público, es fundamental y cuando eso se pierde, poco puedes esperar.

Espero que parques así, con ésta política tan restrictiva, con cero respeto por quienes les están pagando su sueldo (a fin de cuentas, sino vas, no les contratan y no cobran), con la empatía de una piedra (que al final, recordemos, es el mismo parque quien contrata a gente así y que son éstas personas quienes representan al parque y sus ideales) y que te intentan sangrar económicamente antes incluso de irte a bañar, cierren para siempre (y que, al paso que van, creo que será así, porque he leído las reseñas de hace 3 meses y cuatro de cada cinco eran echando pestes del sitio y exactamente por lo mismo...
