An amazing hidden gem found in El Sauzal. The road down is small and windy but if you take care and drive slow then it is no problem. There are passing places to go to if you meet another car and everyone is super helpful in letting each other pass. Sometimes the police come to guide people up and down too when it is busy. There is a car park with lots of spaces too. The walkway is beautiful as the scenery is so wild! The path is well kept so is an easy walk. You can find youself a little rockpool to have a dip and there are also some ladders at places which you can also use to get in the water. The ocean in Tenerife can change at any time so always respect the water and dont take any risks! A nice place to spend a few hours being entertained by the fish in the rockpools and the surrounding beauty and also for a swim and sunbathe. Love this place!

It's perfect! One of the places with the clearest water on the island. A lot of different fish, a ton of crabs. Rocky shores so be prapeired(take something soft to sit on and water shoes because rocks aren't always smooth), you can reach the water by a ladder which is really helpful on a rising tide. Very comfortable conditions to swim with 1-1,2m waves. You can reach it by a 50min walk from the bus, it's not very steep. Watch out for the cars. Beautiful plants on the way.

Unique and breathtaking place, perfect to feel really close to the ocean and nature overall. The access is quite difficult - you need to drive down the serpentine-shaped road but it's sooo worth it. At the bottom there's a parking and a very comfortable net of pavements and stairs to walk around. I swam in one of the natural rock pools, looking at Mount Teide -...
