We came here by looking up google reviews and we know we were short of time since we arrived around 5:42 pm. However Azucena Sanz greets us and took the time to show us the cava and the premises. Our visit turned into a memorable wine tasting experience guided by Mariluz, a true connoisseur of wine tasting, or as she eloquently put it, "catar." Mariluz imparted extensive knowledge about every aspect of wine tasting, surpassing any previous experiences we had. To enhance the experience, she expertly paired the wines with chocolate, creating a truly remarkable tasting session. Arriving in Spain from the US, we planned several winery visits during our stay. Can I say Bodegas Nabal was our absolute favorite! We set up an Enolover visit with Luz, which did not disappoint. Room by room, vine by vine, she explained every detail Nabal Winery makes to create the most delicious wines they have to offer. We came as wine novices, left as wine connoisseurs, and added a few new friends during our time there.
