Ok this beach is definitely unique, maybe not for everyone, but special for sure. The beach is rocky, u have a place to fish, place to wind surf, place to surf and facilities are open until 7pm. You can see some historic caves that the canary people lived in and still some use (not sure if your allowed to enter but still something nice to see). If your into sighting aircrafts it provides u with a good view and location of the airport and you can see the planes land. Maybe if your lucky you can catch an f-18 hornet and if your SUPER lucky maybe a euro fighter, however those only operate during nato excersises. You can also see the volcanic effects and land slides which are described on tabloid if you go up the mountains. Lastly this place has an incredible view and unique, I haven't seen this view on other places on the island. Some beaches here have their own unique views, while other common ones like playa del ingles is really just for tourists and in my opinion nothing special...

The beach isn’t wonderful although there were cute little houses in the cliffs which intrigued the children. Very pleasant seaside location with safe beach to sit and swim also rocky shore and fishing spot. Neat and attractive promenade with places to sit. Quiet, no crowds, mostly local people.
