Really I did enjoy visiting this museum and I highly recommend to go to l'Espluga de Francoli. Take time to visit also the medieval part. Book a guide and you will be provided with 3D virtual reality masks and valuable information that it is hard to find alone. In particular, you will see the daily life of a jewish family before their expulsion. Very informative....

Espai recuperat de l'antiga fassina d'aiguardent. Visita guiada, en Jordi ens va explicar amb molt de detall tot el procés de fabricació i funcionament de la destil·leria. Visita molt amena i amb un vídeo de suport com a complement. Vam tenir la sort que a aquella hora només estàvem fent la visita els quatre de la família. La visita acaba amb un tast dels aiguardents i licors que es fabriquen! Recomanable per conèixer millor el territori i com vivien i treballaven la seva gent. Reservar previament i si afegeixes visitar el mateix dia també les Coves de l'Espluga obtindras...

Una visita a l'antiga Fassina Balanyà, on es destil·laven aiguardents i altres derivats a partir de la brisa (residu que s'obté de premsar el raïm).
