I came here to celebrate my son's birthday on a Saturday at 12.30 and it was a disaster. I feel like this place unprepared for organising birthday parties. The place was understaffed, they told us two people hadn't come to work and the two staff members were very helpful but couldn't manage the place on their own. They were very apologetic and tried to make the situation better and gifted us with some free time in the play park. This made the kids happy but sadly we couldn't do the birthday cake and we had a lot of waiting to do, plus there were no other parties at the same time so I can't imagine the stress if there were more groups. Hemos venido aquí a jugar normalmente sabados que es cuando tienen el triple de faena. El caso es que han tenido una promo de: juega dos partidas y ven gratis el próximo jueves.

Pedimos esa promo y nos dan los tikets sellados para el 15 de agosto. Repito (PARA JUGAR GRATIS) Venimos con los tikets gratis para jugar y nos dicen que el 15 de agosto no porque es festivo y no cuenta que si queremos nos cambian los tikets, nos cambian los tikets pero a más a más ya que hicimos el viaje porque vivimos lejos decimos que queremos jugar unas partidas que nos den tikets para la lista de espera (eran las 19:00) Que no nos dan tikets porque estan llenos y el cupo de lista de espera tmb

Venimos el sabado jugamos dos partidas, de nuevo con la promo del prox jueves partida gratis.

Venimos el jueves a las 19:00 y poco porque es la unica hora que podemos venir y nos dicen que no que la lista de espera esta llena y le digo pero entoces porque nos dais estos tikets? Y me dice que la mejor solución es venir antes, lo cual le digo que yo vengo a la HORA QUE PUEDO no a la hora que a ellos les va mejor y si no puedo venir a las 19:00 sabiendo que ellos la ultima venta de bolos la hacen a las 23:00. Que porque no ponen jueves antes de tal hora?

Total una discusion infinita y perdida de tiempo. No vendremos más y era para pedir tranquilamente la hoja de reclamaciones porque solamente nos hicieron perder el Tiempo y decirme (ven antes o esperate a que pase 50 num y quizás tienes suerte no es una respuesta)

Not recommended If you’re trying to get anything worth it, not even the games are that fun most of them are very old and with not much variety, the claw machine is an absolute scam, don’t even try it, we spent more than 20€ without getting anything ( It’s not the first time we play this)we’ve been in other places where you can get even 5 plushies with the same money.
