Interesting monuments to those people who helped develop the town of Lucannana del la Torres which itself has a happy and friendly atmosphere know as the best kept village in Almeria. Navi Führung ist etwas anderes als die vor Ort Schilder. Daher unbedingt auf die Schilder, die den Weg zum (scheinbar neu gebauten) Parkplatz zeigen, achten. Der Parkplatz sieht komplett neu aus und bietet Platz für deutlich mehr als 100 PKW inkl viele Rollstuhl Parkplätze und zzgl noch Bus Parkplätze. Wir waren alleine dort, wozu so viele Parkplätze haben wir nicht verstanden. Selbst im Juli/August sicher nicht so extrem voll. Der Weg vom Parkplatz sind laut Schild 200m. Es geht leicht bergauf, für Rollstuhl wahrscheinlich nicht so angenehm. Für uns mit Kinderwagen war es in Ordnung. Sehenswürdigkeit ist kein besonderes Highlight aber kl Umweg hat sich gelohnt, da wir eh in der Gegend waren. Parkplatz und auch die Besichtigung...

Nicely done area to visit the old sites where iron ore was mined. The site is a bit off the village, but definitely worth the visit, as it has tables with information on the history of the place and how things were done....
