Actualment en runes, lloc imprescindible de visitar a Moia, juntament amb la capella al peu del Castell. Castell de frontera de alta edat mitjana i seu dels senyors feudals de Planella, fins que van construir el nou Castell prop del poble el Castellnou de la plana. És el lloc on es va originar la llegenda de la Cabra d'Or, ara transformat en espectacle festiu i popular que es fa anualment per la Festa major d'estiu de Moià entorn el 15 d'agost. Accés lliure i gratuït. Cal deixar el cotxe a la casa de Coromines i arribar-hi a peu. També és una bona passejada des de Moià d,'uns 30 minuts. Ideal per fer-ho amb nens. Cal portar...
