La caminata desde donde se deja el coche, es considerable, con un gran trecho sin árboles y vegetación muy escasa . El paisaje desolado pero grandioso. El rio no nace exactamente en el montón de piedras que llaman la fuente. Se puede ver un pequeño riego con agua que viene desde un prado cercado más arriba.
