Praia Da Lanzada — Attraction in O Grove

Una de las playas más emblemáticas de Pontevedra. Entre Sanxenxo y O Grove. Cerca de 2.5 km.de arena fina. Dispone de varios y amplios aparcamientos, el viejo aeródromo tiene para más de 500 vehiculos. Restaurantes, chiringuitos y demás servicios. Cuando sopla nordeste fuerte molestan sus arenas impulsadas por el viento. Tiene baños, aseos, lava pies y escuelas de surf, pádel surf, sombrillas, hamacas. El agua suele estar gélida! Zona de dunas protegida, PROHIBIDO LLEVAR ANIMALES. Medidas anticovid adecuadas. Se necesita WiFi y más baños para ser una playa excelente. Este mes de julio,agosto y septiembre 2021, mala vigilancia dejando entrar a personas con sus perros, dejándolos bañar y hacer caca estando prohibidos. Deberán estar atentos para corregir estos errores que pueden hacer perder la bandera azul si se denuncian los hechos. La parte izquierda de la playa mirando hacia el mar, suele haber fanecas bravas que pinchan con su espina y provocan fuerte dolor...Playa sin humo. Bajo la puntuacion por culpa de l@s que no respetan las normas ni ecológicas, sociales o sanitarias, es decir demasiados perros y encima sueltos..vigilancia inexistente. Este año 2024 le sacaron la bandera azul por falta de socorristas el pasado año. En 2024, si tiene socorristas. Año 2025, sigue la gente trayendo perros e incluso los deja sueltos....

Nice beach, very clean and well maintained. The only place in the area where you can rent chairs and umbrellas - 7€ for each. There were plenty available when we went. It's right next to a chiringuito that serves food and cold drinks. The whole beach area felt quite busy wifh loads of people walking across the beach and many surf schools conducting classes. Long, wide beach which is great for long strolls. We love this beach because there is a ton of space, and waves are good for surfing! There is a surf school at the southern part of the beach, and the topmost spot is also a good spot for stronger waves. The tide pools at the North end of the beach make for a fabulous family- friendly area, but note there is less parking available...
