The track from Morro Jable is easy to drive with a simple 2WD, if you don't overdo it. At the lighthouse we were lucky with the best weather (top visibility, almost no wind). Only once a small tour group, otherwise less than 10 people around the extensive grounds. An impressive building. But THE CAFÉ IS NO LONGER OPEN (as of April 10th, 2022). An absolute recommendation for nature lovers!

The cafe and museum were closed when we arrived but that didn't ruin it for us. We wandered around and enjoyed the waves smash against the rocks and take in the sun. The road is rough in some parts so take your time, no doubt you'll be in a rental. Just use your head driving - slow and steady will win the race. Apparently the cafe is closed a lot so bring bottled water at least.

Wonderful. This is a lighthouse on the tip of the island in the national park where opposing waves meet, creating some spectacular sights. We've been here before on a tour which only allowed about 15 minutes. As we had hired a car from Avis, which I highly recommend, we spent about 45 minutes watching and listening to the waves, beautiful.

Some beautiful sights here at this lighthouse! There's a little museum inside, but they're not always open. Close to here is a small village with a few restaurants, which may come in handy as it's basically in the middle of nowhere. Most of the road to here is hardened but no asphalt so beware with your car especially when it is a rental.

Be aware, the journey is around 30 mins over unmade roads, the place wasn't open and there were no toilets available (so everyone had to make do). The road was not bad, but after jiggling around for 30 mins, you needed to go to the toilet. However, the area was great and worth the trip. It's just a shame that the lighthouse was open.

Great view from this far-off point! To get there you have to drive (40min) over a gravel road which is not recommended with a un-insured rental car. Drive fast to smoothen the bumps but be aware of big holes and rocks on the road. Light house is amazingly located to view the coast line and the waves coming in. Amazing place!
