Playa de Sotavento is a stunning place, especially when there's some wind and the tide is high. To walk on the sand banks and see the crystal blue waters and take a swim here is worth the trip. There are many visitors, but it is a wast area, so plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The sea is very shallow, so the whole family can go for a dip. At times the can be many nudists. Talking from experience, if you are not looking forward to a 2.7km walk, in a very warm area with no wind due to the surrounding hills, I would not recommend taking the bus to Playa DE Sotavento.
