Espai museïstic molt interessant, amb una gran col·lecció d'escultures, sobretot del S. XX i d'autors catalans. Les exposicions temporals també solen ser excel·lents. Molt interessant la informació escrita que ofereixen al visitant, a tall d'autoguia. La conversió d'un espai industrial, antiga fàbrica de suro, en museu està feta amb molt d'encert. És la seu de la Fundació Vila Casas d'Art Contemporani Català dedicada a l'escultura.
