(Edit after owner's answer) Very mixed feeling. The place itself is really charming (scenery, design, good breakfast) but the only problem is the noise which feels wrong in such isolated place where people go for relax and rest (fans, huge extractor, generators). We have been twice and have been given the loudest possible room (just above huge kitchen fan extractor which goes on and off every 5 minutes, and during dinner time it runs at full level which gives horriblly loud noise - you don't hear the other person in the room. During the second stay, we have specifically requested when making the reservation not to have this room (it was obviously ignored). During check-in, we're told the fan is only when the kitchen is on and would be off at 10pm. Obviously, it wasn't (all kitchen refrigerators are connected to that, and they can not switch it off). Management is not interested in finding a satisfactory solution and is never available, reception not supportive and helpless. They shall learn how to run a hotel (it is easy to be nice when there are no problems, but once there are, they are totally ignorant and unhelpful). After first sleepless night and wasting a few hours arguing and asking for a solution (we even wanted to leave for the refund - obviously not accepted), they were not willing to resolve the problem anyhow. Luckily someone cancelled the reservation in the other room and we have been moved, still it was extremely stressful and tiresome which shall not be the case on holidays.

Answer to owner review: Hotel's response shows unprofessionalism and lack of respect by again ignoring the source of this problem. I added videos for reference showing the kitchen extractor with room window next to...

Hemos preferido volver a casa, muy decepcionados, que dormir allí. Ninguna reacción de la recepcionista, única encargada, ante el problema.

We went back home rather than sleeping in. Overpriced (over 300€ in total per night: 272€+taxes, on June 21, 2025) and with a significant discrepancy between the description / pictures on booking and the reality of our « family room » , the so called « Cabernet Sauvignon » bedrooms. they are located at the back of a detached house, without views other than tiles and trees. The rest of the house appears in use but not by hotel guests (personnel of the winnery/ Finca?). It is 450 meters away from the Finca and reception, with no amenities around that house. 1 bedroom has no air conditioning nor ventilator (unlike the other one) no bath (unlike the booking description and photo), but shower in reality. The paint is coming off the shower window, not freshly painted. The radiator shows clearly that the rooms are not very clean.

When trying to discuss the discrepancy with the receptionnist, she simply said that each room was different, the photos on Booking were not exactly those of our bedrooms (why?) but close (really?), they would ask booking to correct the mistakes in the description and she could do nothing more about it, just advised to contact the « Brugarol » hotels through their reservation email.

Shame that this spoilt our week-end, as the main building is in a wonderful setting and the swimming pool...

I booked this place a few weeks before we were due to arrive and only had the reviews to go by so had no idea of how it would be for us with our children (although reviews were very good).|We could not had a better place to stay. We had the 4-bedroom house in the grounds of the Finca near the vineyard and used the Finca’s great salt water pool with done of their B&B guests.|The restaurant served the most amazing food, the best and freshest dinners we could ask for, many of the produce organically produced in the s Finca with their own amazing wine which also happened to be very reasonably priced.|We also had breakfast there which was equally delicious with their own jams and honey.|The view of the sea and countryside is gorgeous and we were less than a 15 minute drive from the beach.|The staff is lovely and helpful, special mentions to Pepi, Patri (the fastest and most efficient waiter we have seen) and Angel the chef who all made us feel so welcome and pampered.|You can park your car at their sister hotel at Palamos beach and enjoy more delicious food and wine at their restaurant or beach bar.|I cannot recommend this place enough.|We will be back,...

Mala experiencia. La atención que he recibido por parte de la recepción, Lika, fue nefasta. Tuve una invasión de hormigas en la cocina incluso en mi cama. El desayuno para de dos días para ocho personas tuve que tirarlo. Al día siguiente, esta señora dice que el problema es mío y que me las arregle. Como solución dice que vengamos los 8 a desayunar por el precio de 18 euros cada uno. Cuando le insisto que lo único que quiero es pan para hacer tostadas, me dice que no, cuando pido por su supervisora me dice que no puede, cuando le digo que iré a la recepción a organizar un escándalo, me dice que puede venderme seis rebanadas de pan por tres euros. Me he sentido menospreciado, desatendido, sin que nadie tenga interés en preguntarme algo. Lamentable la dirección del espacio. Ya lo observe con el trato recibido por la supervisora Maria. Sin ninguna empatia cero interés. Bell-lloc ha perdido su encanto para mi después de haber ido tres años. No puedo recomendarlo mientras haya gente trabajando sin interesarse por el cliente. Lamentable. Contesto la respuesta de Bell-lloc. - en efecto, limpiaron cocina después de mi aviso. 👍 Las hormigas aparecieron por mi culpa? ....🤔..... la coca y el pan estaban perfectamente embalados y no había restos de comida por el suelo. Eso es falso! - me ofrecieron pagar para ir a desayunar y no me ofrecieron venderme nada hasta que yo insistí. Esa es la verdad! - nunca pedí bollería, solo pedí pan. Tenia embutidos en la nevera para desayunar. Solo me vendieron 6 rebanadas por 3 euros 😥 Es normal en hotel de esta categoría? - Solicité a Maria por teléfono detalle de las tapas y de los postres para saber que contratar. Nunca me los dió. Estaba perdido.😒 - Cierto, solicité cambiar 8 platos de postre por dos platos de queso, producto que disponen. Solo me lo cambiaban por café o té. Si lo quería lo pagaba. No había otras opciones. Era pedir mucho? - Pedí hablar con un/a superior. Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo. Me dijeron que fuera probando de llamar. Es lógico? 😐 - Nunca perdí esl respeto. Cuando me dijeron que el desayuno era mi problema dije que iría personalmente a hablar con la recepción y si era necesario en voz alta para que los otros huéspedes me oyeran. Eso es todo. Contratamos el pack gastronómico para 8 personas por 600 euros. Por nuestra parte, no es una cuestión de dinero sino de atención. Por último, en su respuesta, se ve alguna autocritica de su gestión?

Mala experiencia. La atención que he recibido por parte de la recepción, Lika, fue nefasta. Tuve una invasión de hormigas en la cocina incluso en mi cama.
