Bodegas Xaloc — Attraction in Pollença

Originally we were told our booking was 3-5:30pm. We arrived and the gate was shut. We waited in the heat for 20 minutes. Eventually we were let in by Sylvia (who is Lovely). The experience was uncomfortable to say the least, I accidentally knocked over a glass, to which we cleaned up ourselves. The owner seemed very angry about the glass, soon after saying she had double booked and we had to leave (it was 4:30 and we had confirmed our original booking 3 times via phone calls and a message). The owner sat with us for the entire tasting, however there was very little information given about the wine we were tasting, and at the end she charged us €18.00 for the glass. We payed it, and then as we were leaving she yelled out that we hadn’t paid for the glass. Most of the group we were with had been here several times before, as there is no doubt the wine is lovely.
