Bodegas Rivero — Attraction in Prado del Rey

Amazing wine. The Rivero reserve is spectacularly good. Delicious with pigs cheeks. The wine is made using traditional techniques from only the best local grapes. The owner is 6th generation of a family making wine in this area.
