Die Molino de Tefía ist eine der bekanntesten Windmühlen auf Fuerteventura. Die Mühle am Rand des Dorfes Tefia wurde im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und diente dazu, das besondere kanarische Gofio-Mehl zu mahlen, was als Grundnahrungsmittel für die Inselbewohner diente. Zuerst wird das Getreide geröstet, bestehend aus Mais oder Weizen, dann zu feinem Mehl gemahlen.
