Termas de Prexigueiro — Attraction in Ribadavia

It's a great resource for Ribadavia being an outdoor spa based on a Japanese concept. The installations include a bar/eatery and outdoor terrace with parking. It's adjacent to the public free facility below in the River Cerves. The setting is really picturesque amongst a pine forest close to the River,so peaceful and tranquil.

It's good value for money at under 20€ spent for 3 persons for 1.5 hours. I had to hire a towel which for 2.40 is not cheap in relation to the price of entry. They have discounts if you pay for 5 entries or more that you need to spend within 3 months although you have to buy at Reception and can't do online which is a bit lazy of them in the 21st Century! There are at least communal showers

The pools themselves are pretty pleasant and well maintained. The temperature is pretty warm apart from the cold baths (both capacity 1) and their capacity varies from 7-12 persons. The natural smells are normal but I would recommend you read the instructions before entering each pool. Most hot baths you should leave after 10 minutes and the cold pools after a minute otherwise your muscles start to feel weak/weird!

Overall it's a good experience so I would give 3.5. I prefer their other installation in Ourense which are better and has more jets to bombard your body. I believe it's time they gave the place an upgrade as its showing signs of deterioration. Still it's cheap and it's a great spot. The clients are well...

This text is about customer service in general and the restaurant in particular. What a horrible experience, one of the worst I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff, in addition to being extremely arrogant, were very rude for no apparent reason—perhaps simply because we were a group of Portuguese people, as they made clear. We arrived at the resort and had to wait two and a half hours, so we decided to have lunch—just a quick meal. One staff member started mocking us simply because we didn’t understand what the food was. She told me to shut up and walked away while I was placing my order. Another staff member then attended to me, but the first one kept complaining about us even though we hadn’t spoken to her. When my food was ready, she called me, and as I went to the counter to pick it up, she took the order away and told me, “It’s over there, you can get it if you want.”

The dish of the day was vegetarian, but I didn’t immediately understand what it contained, so I asked. I then inquired if there was anything with meat. She went to the kitchen, and when she returned, she started listing all the meats they had and suggested it could be served with anything I wanted, but she was clearly mocking me. Las peores termas a las que ir en todo Galicia!!

He asistido a múltiples servicios termales y de masajes, y en estas termas han sido en las únicas en las que he recibido tan mal trato y discriminación por una minimísima falta de puntualidad. (5 minutos exactamente con aviso previo de la hora de llegada, y HABIENDO ESPERADO MÁS DE 2 HORAS) Las termas a menos que vaya a primera hora de la mañana, le aseguro que encontrara restos de pieles, cabellos y agua con una calidad PÉSIMA de trato higiénico. Añadido a esto son unas termas con una enorme carencia de atención al cliente, el proceso de baño termal sigue los siguientes pasos; entrada al circuito, baño de 10 MINUTOS por terma y un choque térmico entre termas para evitar bajadas de tensión. En vista de que prometen una puntualidad y corrección en cuanto al número de personas y tiempo que cada cliente pasa en cada terma, puedo y me siento en la obligación de decir que estos compromisos que predican no son de ninguna manera veraces, faltando a la organización, hallando gente que repite en las mismas termas 4 o 5 turnos o sujetos que se dedican a pasar su rato gritando y alterando el orden. Ahora les expondré mi caso; vengo desde Madrid a Galicia donde tengo posesión de una segunda vivienda, la cual esta cerca de estas termas. Por lo que llevo asistiendo a estas termas durante un largo periodo de tiempo haciendo la vista gorda de todos los puntos anteriores solamente por la gran conveniencia que tenia con estas termas, a pesar de esto, numerosas veces había recibido un trato no excelente, sino bastante malo. Volviendo a lo previo, estaba esperando en mi vivienda, (que esta a 10 MINUTOS de las termas), durante 2 HORAS a mi turno debido a que como cualquier persona razonable no iba a esperar en la cafetería del complejo por su caro precio y mal servicio, (puntos que prefiero no tratar debido a que no hace falta que describa para imaginarse el servicio), por lo que me dispuse a salir en mi coche a las termas a las 2 horas justas de la hora en la que había salido de las termas, (nos dijeron que la espera era de 2 horas como poco). En el coche llamé a las termas para confirmas el número por el que iban para saber si iba bien de puntualidad, a lo que me contestaron que me apurase porque iban por el 202 y probablemente me daría tiempo y podían hacer un poco más de tiempo para no perder nuestro turno después de 2 horas de espera, (mis números eran el 204 y el 205). Al llegar a la recepción me di de bruces con la realidad al ver que en el número ponía el número 207, por 2 NÚMEROS perdí 2 HORAS de tiempo y de intranquilidad, gracias a las termas prexigueiro por tantas faltas de respeto y perdón por tantas faltas inconcebibles, como cometer un error completamente humano y...
