Playa del Águila — Attraction in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

Nice beach, rocky but has some sand areas on the beach depending on the tide. Very quiet, windsurfing is the Sport here. You can walk south up to feliz bahía with many different beaches on your journey. You can walk north many miles to other beaches. It has a restaurant second's away with many other restaurants a walk away. They also have a convenient store second's from the beach...

:) A really nice kept locals beach. 4 of 5 stars as there are no public toilets. Hint: Drinks at the local bars along this stretch are cheaper then tourist zones and you can use the bathrooms then :) Lovely to walk coast here at...

Ich hatte vom Plays del Águila in einem Blogpost über die besten Schnorchelspots auf der Insel gelesen und wurde sehr enttäuscht. Zumindest Mitte September gegen 14 Uhr konnte man hier überhaupt nicht schnorcheln. Das Wasser war sehr trüb und schmutzig, außerdem gab es viel zu hohe Wellen.

Auch allgemein ist der Strand nicht schön, sondern wegen der vielen großen und schwarzen Steine kaum begehbar. Sehr wenig Schattenplätze und schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Auch keine Toiletten oder Ganzkörperdusche. Ich würde hier nicht...
