Horrendous place to park, car park has sink holes in it. Get there early, we were 90 mins before sunset. Wear shoes you can walk in as it's quite a long walk and a lot of it is uphill and rocky and rooty. Take a cold drink as its baking up there and only Mojitos for 10 euros which are 80% ice. When you walk on the trail and then suddenly you see Es Vedra, it's breathtaking! It's huge! And the drop in front of you is huge too. Great photo opportunities everywhere. There's a fort on the hill above that's tough to get to and there's baths at the bottom of the hill the other side that are really really tough to get to. La torre esta cerrada y no hay ningún horario de visitas a su interior programado, en incumplimiento de las leyes. En estas reseñas escribe con frecuencia alguien que se identifica como "propietario" del BIC. Pues bien, para cumplir la ley debe estipularse los días y horas de acceso AL INTERIOR. Visita publica no es verlo por fuera. Tanto la Ley 16/1985, de 25 de junio, del Patrimonio Histórico Español como la Ley 12/1998, de 21 de diciembre, del Patrimonio Histórico de las Illes Balears fijan la obligación de permitir La visita pública de los bienes, al menos cuatro días al mes y en días y horas previamente señalados.

Entiendo que no hay ningún interés en ver una torre vacía, pero es lo que la ley dice.

¿La visita pública es verlo por fuera? NOOOO, hay nutrida jurisprudencia al respecto, solo basta buscar en internet al asunto del Pazo de Meirás o similares que han llegado al constitucional. La visita pública incluye el interior y de manera gratuita.

No obstante, está claro que hay excepciones, dado que la Ley contempla (en concreto la ley Balear) que "En casos justificados, el consejo insular correspondiente podrá dispensar total o parcialmente el régimen de visitas."

Por lo tanto el propietario debe solicitar esa dispensa si es que las condiciones de mantenimiento u otras lo justifican. De ese modo se cubren todos los aspectos legales de la posesión de un BIC, que no es ningún regalo, mas bien muchas...
