Altho it's impressive to see it from down there the trail going up is not good. They have a stream of sewerage water running down the middle of the canion and going up a little further from the tree that sewer is damaged and water flowing over and you imagine the smell. I wanted to do the whole trail but as i went further the vegetation get thicker and thicker and i had to exit. Has...

Really neat sight. Signage is very limited. We saw the Drago from below along the Barranco Alonso River course (no River at time of hike). We did the downhill hike into Barranco Alonso from San Mateo vía the Presa Toronjo (Dam) towards Santa Brigida. Hike is moderate with a few areas where the trail has high edges and small...

Amazing how the tree is holding up there. It's only a few minutes walk from where we left the car, but there's no proper parking lot and there's only room for one or two cars. The trail continues after the Drago but we did not have time and it was...
