Peaceful Park with a Surreal Surprise St. Jerome Park (Parque de San Jerónimo) is a quiet, green retreat on the edge of Seville — a great spot to relax away from the crowds. It’s well-maintained, full of shady trees, and has a very local, peaceful feel. The highlight of the park is definitely the giant egg-like sculpture right in the center. It’s surreal and unexpected — almost like a modern art installation dropped into a tranquil setting. Inside the cracked egg is a statue of Saint Jerome, which adds a touch of symbolism and surprise. It’s strange, whimsical, and oddly moving — definitely worth seeing in person. This isn’t a flashy park, but that’s part of its charm. It’s more for quiet walks, reading on a bench, or just soaking in a slower pace of life. If you’re in Seville and want a break from the typical tourist circuit, this place is a lovely hidden gem.

Parque San Jerónimo in Sevilla is a wonderful green space that offers the perfect escape from the busy city. It is spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it ideal for a relaxing walk, a family outing, or a quiet moment surrounded by nature. One of the highlights is the impressive sculpture "El Nacimiento del Hombre Nuevo" – truly striking and worth seeing in person. The park has wide paths, shaded areas, and open lawns that invite you to sit down and unwind. There is plenty of room for children to play, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. It feels safe, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Whether you enjoy jogging, reading under a tree, or simply strolling while taking in the scenery, Parque San Jerónimo has something for everyone. It is a hidden gem in Sevilla that deserves more attention. Five stars for its beauty, tranquillity, and the sense of...
