La visita a esta pequeña bodega fue simplemente perfecta. Nuestro guía fue Miguel, enólogo y nieto del fundador de la bodega, quien enseña ésta contagiándote su pasión por el vino y el proceso de elaboración. Además, la visita empieza en los viñedos que tiene alrededor en una ubicación privilegiada. Después de conocer todas las instalaciones llegas a la sala de catas donde aprendes nociones de cata por si no tienes ni idea como me pasó a mí. Los vinos están realmente buenos y los sabores se te quedan grabados en el paladar. Se nota que miman al máximo la elaboración de estos vinos para obtener unos resultados espectaculares. El aperitivo que acompaña a los vinos fue muy especial ya que pudimos probar las únicas patatas que existen con trufa natural en el mercado.
