Can Bas Domini Vinícola — Attraction in Subirats

Our guide from We Barcelona Tours set up a private visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner for a few minutes which was a nice surprise. We then were taken on a lovely jeep tour of the property by the junior winemaker Beth. She was perfect in explaining Can Bas and its history and what makes them different from other vineyards in the area. Following the jeep tour we were given a tour of their magnificent wine making facilities and storage areas. Last but not least we were treated to a beautiful tasting of several of their wines. Beth was phenomenal in her presentations and the wines and cavas from their sister vineyard (Pere Ventura) were spectacular. The facilities were beautiful. The winemaker was knowledgeable and very sweet. The wines and cavas were fantastic. What more could you ask for?!? I highly recommend this winery...

We went here on a winery tour on a Friday in February. They took us around in a Jeep to see the vineyards, then walked through their production facilities. At the end, we sampled four wines and purchased some to go. My wife really enjoyed the Muscat wine.
