A world class dining experience. The feast menu is a true sensory experience. Bold flavors, incredible culinary skill and tequiniques. The wine pairing was incredible with many local offerings, some that really surprised. The atmosphere is calm, spacious, bright, refined yet at the same time felt casual and not all all pretentious. Lunch did span some 5 hours finishing in the garden with petite fours....

Descending down the road from Sant Hilari Sacalm on a bike through the Les Guilleries is exhilarating experience, sharp turns beautiful natures , high cliff drops and if you let it go high speed.
